Order processing
Order processing takes 1-2 business days after the order is placed on the website. Working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and other non-working days
Pre orders
Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service
If your order contains pre-order items and available items, and you would love us to ship them separately, please let us know. Otherwise, your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) are received
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the shipment tracking information
You may track your order on Track your order page in Customer Service Menu
Payment options
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment is taken once your order has been placed.
PayPal
When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to thekeepstyle.com
Updating orders
To make any changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is shipped.
If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.
