order processing takes 1-3 working days after the order is placed on the website. working days are from Monday to Friday. please note that the specified below delivery periods do not include weekends, public holidays, and customs declaration days

we're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse. all orders are shipped from Poland, EU

delivery to USA is free for orders over $300 and takes 4-7 business days by DHL

for orders less than $300 delivery costs $25

delivery to Europe is FREE of charge, provided by DHL and takes 1-3 business days

for orders more than $300 international delivery is FREE of charge

delivery to United Kingdom,Norway costs 5-7 GBP and takes 3-7 business days by DHL

delivery to Israel, OAE, Georgia and other costs 10-15 USD and takes 3-7 business days by DHL

delivery to USA, Australia, Canada, Brazil, Japan and other costs 25-30 USD and takes 4-10 business days by DHL

customs duties and import duties are determined by each country and may vary.  the client pays all duties, VAT etc. in the USA, duties are charged if the parcel's value exceeds $800

*there are no duties or taxes to pay within EU zone

there could be a delay in delivering your order if you don’t pay the charges immediately. * you can pay taxes and duties on the DHL website by clicking “Pay now” on your order’s tracking page, or directly to the courier on the day of delivery. taxes and duties can also be paid at the DHL office if you pick up the parcel yourself. if you need additional documents to declare the parcel, please contact us at its@keepstyle.co

all orders are shipped with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased. please contact the DHL or another selected delivery service (if applicable) to find out the amount of the duty-free import limit
