How to place an order?
To place an order you need to add the product to the cart, choose the method of delivery and payment, fill in the recipient and proceed to payment. An order confirmation will be sent to the specified email. After that, the order will be automatically accepted and immediately start processing
What is the US delivery time?
At the moment we have the following shipping option availableΒ in the U.S.
StandardΒ - Delivery in 3 to 5 Business Days via UPS/USPS
Please expect a processing time of 1-2 business days for orders placed with standard shipping
What is the International delivery time?
We offer Express shipping via trusted courier services such as Fedex, UPS, or USPS with door-to-door delivery. You can find estimated delivery times below:
β Europe: up to 5 business days
β UK: up to 10 business days
β Canada: up to 6 business days
β Australia: up to 6 business days
β Other countries: up to 10 business days
How can i track my parcel?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the shipment tracking information

What is pre order?
Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service
If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are received
We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate orders for each
How to change delivery information?
Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing
If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item
How to issue the return?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return

If the goods comes with the defect?
In case you find a defect on the product upon receipt, take a picture of the defect and contact us to arrange an exchange or return. We will cover the shipping costs at our own expense
Items doesn't suit me
You can try on each product at home and decide within 30 days whether it suits you. if the product does not fit, please issue a return
Can i cancel or amend my order?
