What is the delivery time?
express worldwide delivery is provided by DHL and takes 1-3 business days for most of Europe, 3-7 business days for UK, 4-7 business days for USA and the rest of the world. delivery within Europe is FREE of charge *order processing takes 1-3 working days after the order is placed on the website

How can i track my parcel?
after shipment you will receive an email, as well as a link to the website of the selected delivery service, where you can track the location of the parcel
How to change delivery information?
if you placed an order and then noticed that the data was entered incorrectly, please let us know as soon as possible at its@keepstyle.co also please note that we are not responsible for incorrectly provided information or error in the specified data when placing an order
How to issue the return?

If the goods comes with the defect?
in case you find a defect in the product upon receipt, take a picture of the defect and contact us to arrange an exchange or return. we will cover the shipping costs at our own expense
How are orders packed?
all parcels are packed in a branded box and complete with a branded postcard, so the order looks presentable and can be suitable as a gift. if you have any wishes regarding the packaging, please indicate them when ordering in the comments
Can i cancel or amend my order?
you can cancel the parcel until it has been shipped. to do this you need to contact us, we will approve the request during business hours. if you want to make changes to already placed parcels, contact us for details
