How to place an order?
To place an order you need to add the product to the cart, choose the method of delivery and payment, fill in the recipient and proceed to payment. An order confirmation will be sent to the specified email. After that, the order will be automatically accepted and immediately start processing
What is EU delivery time?
At keepstyle we take 1 business day (Monday to Friday) to process orders.
Once your order has been processed, these are the delivery times:
Spain 1-2 days
Europe 2-3 days
UK 3-5 days
USA 3-5 days
Rest of the World 5-9 days
What is the International delivery time?
We offer Express shipping via trusted courier services such as UPS or Correos with door-to-door delivery. You can find estimated delivery times below:
UK up to 5 business days
USA up to 5 business days
Australia up to 8 business days
Other countries up to 10 business days
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout.
How can i track my parcel?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the shipment tracking information

What is pre order?
Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service
If your order contains pre-order items and available items, and you would love us to ship them separately, please let us know. Otherwise, your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) are received
How to change delivery information?
All orders begin processing as soon as submitted and typically cannot be stopped or changed. However, once your order has shipped, if you need to edit or correct any address information, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier.
How to issue the return?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return

If the goods comes with the defect?
In case you find a defect on the product upon receipt, take a picture of the defect and contact us to arrange an exchange or return. We will cover the shipping costs at our own expense
Items doesn't suit me
You can try on each product at home and decide within 30 days whether it suits you. if the product does not fit, please issue a return
Can i cancel or amend my order?
Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing

I don't know my size, how do I choose?
when placing an order, check the dimensional grid of the product you need to choose the appropriate size, as well as pay attention to the parameters of the model. if you can not decide by yourself, contact us, and we will advise you on your body parameters
