Return policy

— New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days

— Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and liners still attached; untagged items should be returned with original packaging.

— Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards)

— Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

— Combined returns are prohibited.

— Returns are subject to a $6.00 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

If you are located in the United States, we provide a prepaid return label.

Return Process:

- Once you complete your return request online, you will receive your Return Label by email (sometimes it may take up to 24 hours during business days).
- Download and print the return label.
- Pack all the returned items together and attach the label to the box. You may use the original packaging or another box if you prefer.
- Drop off the package at any authorized drop-off location within 7 days from creating your label.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it has been accepted or declined.
- This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 3–5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
- If the shipment does not contain the product in new condition, we reserve the right to void the credit or, if the credit has already been used, charge your original payment method for the used credit.

If you are returning from outside the USA, please send your items back to us using any trackable and prepaid shipping method.
We recommend that you insure your package, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Once you ship your return, please email us the tracking number at its@thekeepstyle.com. Without the tracking number, we may not be able to locate your return.
