Return policy

— New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund within 14 days

— Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and liners still attached; untagged items should be returned with original packaging.

— Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards)

— Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

— Combined returns are prohibited.

Please send your items back to us using any trackable and prepaid shipping method.
We recommend that you insure your package, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Once you ship your return, please email us the tracking number at its@thekeepstyle.com. Without the tracking number, we may not be able to locate your return.
